Company Overview

At Bridgenext, we engineer Growth Operating Systems. Most enterprises have spent millions on their revenue stack and still aren't seeing the growth they expected. They have tools that function, but no system that wins. We help growth-hungry companies close that gap by turning fragmented platforms, siloed teams, and disconnected data into one integrated Growth OS. More than a technology company or marketing agency, we're a global digital consultancy with experts in engineering, data, AI, creative and more.

Our teams are made up of experts who believe in engineering impact, starting with putting people at the center of everything we do. Every team member directly shapes our work, culture, and values. Nothing matters more to us than a kind, respectful, fulfilling environment that supports everyone. Our flexible, inclusive culture gives you the autonomy, resources, and opportunities to thrive.

Position Description

We have a great opportunity for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team and play a key role on our client's migration project. Our client is currently on Palantir Foundry. We're proposing to migrate them off Palantir and rebuild equivalent capabilities on Databricks. We need a senior, hands-on engineer who knows Foundry deeply enough to reverse-engineer what's been built, and can rebuild it on Databricks. This is a client-facing, high-visibility role, not a back-office dev position.

Workplace:  This is remote working role, open to candidates based in Argentina, Canada or US, willing to travel as needed to Cleveland, OH

Must Have Skills:

  • 8+ years total experience
  • Worked at Palantir as an FDE/FDSE/Deployment Strategist, or worked on the client side building on Foundry for a meaningful period (not just exposure)
  • Hands-on with Foundry Ontology (object types, links, actions, functions), Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, and Workshop apps
  • Strong Databricks experience: PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, workflows/pipelines
  • Strong Python and SQL
  • Has designed data models and translated business workflows into working applications
  • Comfortable in front of client stakeholders: can run working sessions, explain trade-offs, push back when needed

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior Foundry-to-other-platform migration experience
  • AIP / Databricks Mosaic AI, agents, or GenAI use cases in production
  • Knowledge graph or semantic layer experience
  • App-layer build experience (Databricks Apps, React, Streamlit)
  • Manufacturing, retail, or product data domain background

Professional Skills:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team and individual player
  • Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature
  • High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
  • Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention
  • Passion for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends

Bridgenext is an Equal Opportunity Employer
